Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in methods secure. Display names must not impersonate others or be offensive or unlawful. Scores and content shown publicly must be achieved fairly; we may remove scores, change display names, or suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Secure Transfer for unlawful content, malware, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, abusive use, attacks against systems or users, or content or activity prohibited by applicable law.
User Content
You are responsible for the files and text you choose to process or transmit, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.
Intellectual Property
The site, its code, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party Services
The site may rely on browser APIs, model assets, hosting, sign-in and email providers, and Tailcat relay infrastructure. Their availability and terms may be governed by the relevant providers.

Advertising is not enabled in the current MVP. Any future advertising will be subject to the applicable privacy and consent configuration.
